Director Chidambaram’s Malayalam sensation Manjummel Boys completed all the formalities, including censoring in Telugu. The movie was awarded with a clean U certificate and a crisp runtime of 2 hours and 15 minutes was locked.
The prominent Pan-India production and distribution house Mythri Movie Makers, alongside Sukumar Writings and Primeshow Entertainment, acquired the Telugu rights and is bringing this Indian box office sensation to the Telugu audience. The film was produced by Babu Shahir, Soubin Shahir, and Shan Antony under the banner of Parava Films.
Manjummel Boys is a survival thriller based on the real-life experience of young men from a village called Manjummel, who rescued a friend trapped in Gunakew in Kodaikanal in 2006.
The film features Soubin Shahir, Ganapathi, Khalid Rahman, and Sreenath Bhasi in lead roles.
While the movie got huge response for the paid premiere shows, in terms of ticket sales, the bookings are remarkable for tomorrow in Telugu states and overseas.
