The teaser of Paarijathaparvam, featuring Chaitanya Rao, Harsha Chemudu, Sunil and Shraddha Das, was dropped by the makers on Wednesday. The film is written and directed by Santosh Kambhampati, while Mahidhar Reddy and Devesh have jointly produced it under Vanamali Creations.
Spanning one-and-a-half minutes in duration, the teaser begins with a note, saying kidnap is an art among the innocents. We are then introduced to Sunil, who arrives in Hyderabad from Bhimavaram. He is a fan of megastar Chiranjeevi, sporting a Jai Megastar tattoo on his hand. There seems to be another powerful shade to his character. It soon cuts to the characters of Chaitanya Rao, Harsha and Shraddha who are preparing themselves to undertake a kidnap operation, while multiple supporting characters like Srikanth Iyyengar, Surekha Vani and Sameer flit in and out of the narrative. While the director doesn’t give much in terms of the plot, the story seems to centre on a kidnap gone wrong and how it affects the lives of the lead characters. The teaser ends with a frustrated Harsha saying, “Feeling like heroes, we kidnapped a maid.”
Overall, the teaser which begins like a thriller promises to offer a bagful of laughs, courtesy the misfortune of the main characters who plot and conduct the kidnap operation. The background score by Ree complements the different moods of the teaser well, while the production values are neat. The film will bow out in theatres on April 19th.
#PaarijathaParvam teaser is pretty entertaining. It is dialogue-less most of the time till the final part where the twist is revealed!
Sunil as a fan of megastar is surely going to entertain.
