Story
Chinni (Srikanth) and Kiran (Sai Kiran) are thick friends.
Chinni Krishna injures a lady pedestrian in an accident with
his car. Kiran, who happened to pass by that area, rescues
her by admitting in a hospital. A beautiful girl Hema (Shaheen)
is her niece. After coming to know that Kiran has rescued
her aunt, she calls up Kiran and thanks him. Over the phone
calls, they start liking each other. Incidentally, Chinni
realizes that Hema is the same girl with whom he had fallen
in love at first sight. He decides to foil Kiran's attempts
to meet Hema. The rest of the film struggles around this point
of Chinni playing spoilsport in the love between Hema and
Kiran, who meets each other physically at the end of the film.
Artist
Performances: Srikanth looks jaded in this negative role.
Sai Kiran is just OK, as long as he doesn't dance. Shaheen's
beauty and talent is wasted in this film. Other actors just
manage to fit in their roles.
Technical Departments:
Screenplay - Direction: The film is one of the worst films
that are made in the recent past. There is no imagination
in screenplay or direction. Sumudra, who gave a decent hit
Simharaasi early this year, fail to make an impact with this
film. This film proved that Samudra couldn't handle sensitive
love stories. Screenplay of the film is terrible.
Dialogues:
Nobody can believe that Diwakar Babu, who has penned hilarious
dialogues for films like Yamaleela and Choodalani Vundi, worked
for this film. The dialogues in this film are dry and tasteless.
Even when there are few comedy dialogues, the punch and timing
in it is missing.
Photography:
Photography of the film is amateurish. There is no proper
lighting in most of the scenes. When the location changes,
there is lot of difference in the quality of the shot. A video
camera shoot can be far better than what Mr. Navakant has
shot for this film. In most of the scenes, the dabbling make-up
shows up on the artists' faces.
Music:
A couple of the songs in this film are impressive. But the
quality of rerecording is very bad. In the last reels, the
bad audio mixing has shown up.
Production:
Looks like Medikonda Murali Krishna is on a hurry to produce
more films and make money on the wake of super success of
'Narasimha Naidu'. The production values for this film are
of low standard. One would get a feeling like they tried to
wrap the film with minimum resources and shoestring budget.
Analysis:
This movie is one of the worst films that I have come in this
year. This film has nothing to write home about. Each and
every department made a negative impact on the audience. Avoid
this film at any cost.
