America NRI Telugu Association is going to present ANTA Venditera Puraskara awards for eminent people in various crafts of filmmaking from this year onwards. Navaneet Krishna B (ANTA), Murali Mohan and AVS spoke to the press and released the winners of these awards for this year. The award presentation will be held on 9th January in Ravindra Bharati. This function will also feature musical performance by Gangadhar and party which includes the hits from the movies of the award winners. Nara Chandra Babu Naidu, Anam Ram Narayana Reddy, Jaya Prakash Narayan and Krishnam Raju will attend this function as guests.

Punya Bhumi - an initiative for the Andhra farmers
ANTA is going to hold a seminar for Andhra farmers in Vijayawada from 18th to 20th of January in Vijayawada. This seminar will focus on the importance of organic farming and eminent professors from agricultural field will enlighten the farmers.
