-A Solo Art Show By Actor kamal kamaraju-

We at Muse Art gallery in association with CAP Foundation invite you all for the prestigious Art show ‘MY NAME IS MINNU'

About the show:

It is the first solo Art show by actor Kamal Kamaraju on a series of paintings he has done on ‘MINNU' in 2011.

The show will also launch 600 LIMITED EDITION calendars with kamal's paintings and will be exclusively on sale at the Muse gallery.

The proceeds from this show will be donated to CAP Foundation.

About Minnu:

Minnu is a Character designed by Artist kamal resembling a girl child. MINNU – which means MI-N-U Though looks physical in character, in reality represents a gamut of emotions that we all go through w.r.t. a girl or woman. The artist inter weaved these into the patterns of our society to make it adorable, thought provoking, mischievous, iconic and all the time representing Me and You 

In artists'  words…

“ MINNU STARTED AS PART OF MY JOURNEY IN ART, TO UNDERSTAND A METHOD OF SOCIAL CONSCIOUSNESS WITHIN MY EXPLORATIONS. 
I UNDERSTOOD THAT MINNU CAME FROM WITHIN AND IT EXISTS IN EACH ONE OF US MAKING IT A THOUGHT RATHER THAN A SUBJECT OR AN OBJECT.."- kamal kamaraju

About kamal:
kamal is a lead actor from TFI. With a degree in architecture  and passion for art and  
movies, kamal chose to begin his career in various departments in films as a writer, art director before professionally settling as an actor in telugu and tamil film industry.

He is an ace photographer and an architect (one of his works includes the landscape for restaurant Moksh). His serious inclination towards art has led him to continue his practice in painting. He works on various mediums ranging from oil, acrylics and charcoal on canvas. He loves the technique of palette knife.

About Muse Art Gallery :

The Muse Art Gallery started by  Marriott  as not-for-profit art gallery promoting art and charity in  Hyderabad India . It is located on the connecting sky bridge between Marriott and  Courtyard by Marriott Hyderabad . Muse art Gallery is the biggest private art galleries in  Hyderabad .  The gallery has a partner and curator Kaali Sudheer.
