RP Patnaik to score for 'Manmadhudu'
Ramoji Rao buys 'Kuchu Kuchi Koonamma'
"Kuchi Kuchi Koonamma" (a popular song from the film "Bombay")
forms the title for Sana Creations latest venture directed by Popular
TV actor Ashok Kumar. Sana Yadireddy is producing the film. "Sampangi"
pair does a special song in the film. This film is based on kids featuring
lots of child artists. Ramoji Rao recently had a private preview of
this film and immensely liked. He is full of praises for Sana Yadireddy
for producing a children-oriented film in the time where the youth commercial
films are making hay. Usha Kiron movie distributors have bought this
out right for all the territories in Andhra Pradesh. Ramoji Rao is the
person who does not mind spending some of his hard earned money for
social causes like these.

Patnaik, the latest musical sensation on the block, is confirmed as
the music director for Nagarjuna's next venture 'Manmadhudu' by Annapurna
Studios. Vijaya Bhaskar of 'Nuvve Kavali' and 'Nuvvu Naaku Nachav' fame
would direct this film. Nagarjuna is playing the cupid in the film,
which sports 4 heroines. A London based NRI girl is selected as one
of the heroines. All the three other heroines would be fresh faces.
Other cast and crew would be decided soon. This film would go on floors
in the month of May, after the release of 'Santosham'. Nagarjuna has
adopted on-film-at-a-time policy. Santosham is the first one. His film
in the direction of Kasi Viswanath (Nuvvu Leka Nenu Lenu fame) would
be started after the release of 'Manmadhudu'.
Audio
of Jayam is making waves in industry even before its release. The offers
it's attracting from music companies for audio rights is mind blowing.
It is rumored that a leading music seller offered around 75 lakhs for
the audio of Jayam. RP Patnaik scored 12 songs for this film, which
also includes a folk song like 'Gajuwaka Pilla'. Attacting such a huge
offer for a film to be starred by a new comer (Nitin) is quite an achievement
for Teja and RP Patnaik. According to some unconfirmed sources, Malayalam
sex queen Shakeela would be playing a vamp role in Jayam.
