Shankar's upcoming film title I was officially launched in Chennai on July 15. Vikram, Amy Jackson are playing the lead roles in this romantic thriller. For the past few weeks, Shankar had been touring all over China to finalize the locations for this film's shooting. Shankar and Vikram had earlier teamed up for Aparichutudu which was a big hit. Aascar Ravichandran is producing the film. A R Rahman is composing the music and P C Sriram is the cinematographer.
