Triple platinum disc function of 'Arya' was held in a grandeur style at a function held at Shilpakala Vedika in Madapur. Ravi Teja and K Raghavendra Rao were invited as special guests. As propagated earlier Chiranjeevi could not make it to the function as he is still in abroad.

Speaking on the occasion, Chinni Krishna said that he changed the screenplay of Badrinadh after watching Arya film. Ravi Teja said that he has seen Arya and is very impressed by the film. He mentioned that Allu Arjun is full of energy in that film. Siva Balaji thanked the viewers for giving him the first hit in the form of 'Arya'. He thanked Raju and Sukumar for giving this opportunity.

Hero Allu Arjun referred to Ravi Teja as Annayya and K Raghavendra Rao as other Godfather. Allu Arjun mentioned that it was the script because of it, this film became a big hit. He gave credit to producer Raju, director Sukumar, cinematographer Ratnavelu and music director Devi Sri Prasad. He also expressed that it is unfortunate that Chiranjeevi and Pawan Kalyan could not make it to this function.
