Triple platinum disc function of Dil Raju’s latst film Oh My Friend was celebrated among the young and spirited students of Sri Chaitanya College, Kukatpally on the night of 5th November. This function was attended by Dil Raju, Siddharth, Shruti Hassan, Navadeep and Venu Sriram.

Dil Raju said, “When the director came up with the script, I asked him who his target audiences are. He replied that its youth. I told him that my banner is known for family appreciated films as well. He asked me to go through the entire script. Oh My Friend is primarily deals with a nice issue of youngsters. But it will also cater to the family crowds. The management of Sri Chaitanya college didn’t give us permission to shoot ‘Sri Chaitanya’ song. After the launch of OMF audio, the priciple of Sri Chaitanya asked me who the singer of that college. He loved it so much. I asked him if we could do a function and he obliged. I am sure that all college students will bring hefty openings of OMF as it deals with friendship which is universal.”
