Audio of Srikanth's latest film 'Slokam' was released by hero Srikanth in a function held at Film Chamber on the morning of 30th January. MS Raju received the first copy of the cassette. Paruchuri brothers also attended the function. Paruchuri brothers said that they knew producer Yogananda Sharma from 2001. His first film 'Guri' could not make it at box office. They hoped that 'Slokam' would hit the bull's eye.

Hero Sai Kumar said that this film's muhurat was held on his birthday. It is nice to see this film's audio releasing on the death anniversary of Gandhiji. Incidentally this film comes with a tagline 'Anthem of Peace'. Sai Kumar said that Slokam film would satisfy the Telugu film lovers who have been expecting a hit from him for a long time.

Producer Yogananda Sharma said that this film deals with the story of a righteous father wanting to raise his son in a traditional way and the son is choosing the violent ways to eradicate the evil in society. This film is directed by Bharat. Lalith Suresh scored music. Aditya music bought the audio rights. B Gopal also attended this function. This film would be releasing on 11th Feb 2005.
