Audio of Gopichand's re-launch film as hero 'Yagnam' was released at a function organized at Prasad Labs on the evening 6th June 2004. Pokuri Babu Rao - who made most of his films in the direction of Gopichand's father T Krishna - is producing this flick in the direction of AV Ravi Kumar Chowdary. Mani Sharma scored music.

Dr. Rama Naidu and hero Prabhas are invited as chief guests. The other guests include Tammareddy Bharadwaja, B Gopal, Muthyala Subbaiah, Shyam Prasad Reddy, Madala Ravi, R Narayana Murthy, Sagar and Vandemataram Srinivas.

Dr. Rama Naidu said that he and Pokuri Babu Rao came from Prakasam district. D Rama Naidu made commercial flicks as Pokuri Babu Rao made social-message oriented films. Rama Naidu wishes that Gopi Krishna would make a name for himself like his father T Krishna.

B Gopal said that he was a classmate of Pokuri Babu Rao in Ongole. Tammareddy Bharadwaj said that Yangam should become a good hit.

Other celebrities including hero Gopichand and heroine Sameera Benarjee also spoke about the film. Bits and pieces of all songs were exhibited on the screen. Maruthi Music has bought the audio rights of 'Yagnam'.
