When the hospital authorities at the Apollo declared the last breath of comedian Mallikharjuna Rao at 10.50, the throng of the Tollywood biggies at the ICU commenced the next minute. Akkineni Nageswara Rao, Chiranjeevi, Balakrishna, Pawan Kalyan, Nagababu, NTR, Allu Arjun, Rana, D. Ramanaidu, Satyanarayana, TS Vijay Chander, Rallapalli, Roja, Kalyani, Ranganath, Mikkilineni and several others rushed to the hospital and paid their respect to the departed actor. A big surge of junior artistes, well-wishers and general public too gathered at the hospital. Potti Veeraiah and actress Kalyani were seen profusely weeping. The body was kept the premises of Dr. D. Ramanaidu complex for a couple of hours, facilitating members of the film industry fraternity to have their last look at their colleague. The deceased comedian was later taken to their native place near Anakapalli in the afternoon. The funeral will take place tomorrow, according to family sources. Some of the industry people are expected to take part in the last rites. The TV channels started flashing the news repeatedly.
