NTR’s latest movie Brindavan (tagline: Govindudu Andari Vaadele) was launched today at a grand event that took place at Annapurna studios. Dil Raju produces it and Vamsi Paidipally is the director. Thaman composes music and Chota K Naidu handles camera. Koratala Siva pens dialogues. Peter Hynes composes fights.
Nagarjuna sounded the clapboard, VV Vinayak switched on the camera and SS Rajamouli directed the first shot.
Brindavan is the name of the house – Dil Raju
Dil Raju said, “I had been trying to make move with NTR since Dil time, but couldn’t get the right subject. Vamsi Paidipally came up with an interesting story a year back and NTR loved it. We got the perfect script for Brindavanam movie. I always believed in story based films and Brindavanam is also a story based film. The presense of NTR in the movie adds lot of power to it. It is a youthful entertainer with family bonding and action elements. Thaman composes five wonderful tunes so far. We will start shoot in October. We are erecting a big house set called Brindavan and shooting in that house will take place from December. And we are aiming for summer 2010 release.”
Director Vamsi Paidipally said, “I would like to thank NTR whole-heartedly for encouraging my script and giving me lots of comfort. I feel blessed to work again with Dil Raju. I would like to thank Koratala Siva, Surya and Ashwin for sticking to me in my hard times."
