Haranath Policharla who produced films like Premayanamaha, Alex and Hope in the past is producing another film titled ‘Chandrahas’ by introducing Shivashakti Dutta (father of MM Keeravani) as the director. Haranath has acted as hero in action film titled Alex in the past. He will be doing the main lead in Chandrahas too. MM Keeravani composes music.

Srihari clapped the soundboard on the heroine Astha Singhal. Gemini Kiran switched on the camera.

Director Shivashakti Dutta said, “The story of the film goes 500 years back into the history. This film deals with the majestic sword presented by Mysore queen to Chatrapati Sivaji. The story of the film is about tracing and protecting that sword. This film is an action film. Hero of the film belongs to the 15th generation of Sivaji’s dynasty. We are planning to release the film on 6th of April.”

Shivashakti Dutt also penned 8 lyrics (one in Hindi) for this film. MM Keeravani expressed his happiness over contributing music for this film.
