Muhurat of a suspense thriller 'The Deal' was held today at Annapurna Studios. This film stars Namitha, Mohit and Steven Kapoor in the main leads. Shifali of 'Kanta Laga' fame is doing an item song in this film. Habeeb Nasir, who worked as an assistant director with Suresh Productions and Bollywood director Satish Kaushik, is directing this film.

The shooting of this film started today and is expected to release by the end of this year. Pavan Malhotra - a famous name from theater and cinema from Mumbai who also made his debut in Telugu with 'Aithe' as the villain - is acting in this film as villain.

Namitha plays the wife of her real-life boy friend Steven Kapoor in this film. Mohit is also starring in a vital role in this triangular suspense thriller.
