Sivaji’s new film ‘Play’ in the direction of debutant Sagar M was launched at a function organized in Annapurna studios. Ajay switched on the camera, VV Vinayak sounded the clapboard and Raja Ravindra directed the first shot.

Sivaji said, “The movie has a new story to offer. The director has worked as a software engineer in USA before coming to India. He worked with Allari Ravi in the past. Bharat is also acting as a hero. I never did this kind of role in the past.”

Director Sagar said, “I worked with Ravi Babu for Party and Anasuya. Play will be a complete entertainer.”

Producers Sudhakar Babu and Haranadh Babu are planning to release the film for the summer of 2009. Nihal directs this film.
