Muhurat of SS Rajamouli's latest film with Ravi Teja
and Anushka in the main leads was held at Annapurna
studios. ML Kumar Chowdary produces this film on Keerti
Creations banner. NTR sounded the clapboard on the
lead pair. Prabhas switched on the camera and K Vijaya
Bhaskar directed the first shot.

Teja doing powerful character for the first time -
SS Rajamouli
Speaking on the occasion SS Rajamouli said, "Everybody
knows that Ravi Teja is a vibrant artist. I am impressed
with him and narrated a story and he okayed the film.
We are from two different schools. Ravi Teja's films
have lots of entertainment. My films are heavy action
films. We have blended them. The entire film would
be of Ravi Teja's type and my style of heavy mass
orientation would be there in the film for half an
hour. This film would appeal for both classes and
masses. Ravi Teja has not donned very powerful character
so far. He is doing a very powerful character in this
film. His character's name is Atthili Sathibabu. I
saw Anushka in Super film and decided that she has
very good south Indian features. The remaining cast
of the film would be either new faces or relatively
new faces. MM Keeravani's music is going to be another
asset. He scored music for all my films. Sarvesh Murari
is doing cinematography for this film after AOR and
Shock. This film would be releasing in the month of
May."
Producer
ML Kumar Chowdary said, "This is production
no. 6 on Sri Keerti Creations banner. This is 8th
film for me as producer. I delivered the blockbuster
Idiot with Ravi Teja as hero. I am hoping to repeat
the magic again. I would like to thank Vijayendra
Prasad to introduce me to director SS Rajamouli."

Ravi Teja and heroine Anushka also spoke briefly during
this occasion.
