Platinum disc function of Sekhar Kammula’s latest film Godavari was held at a cloth showroom in Dilshuknagar on the night of 6th June. This function is attended by Sumanth, Sekhar Kammula, GVG Raju, KM Radhakrishnan, Anish Kuruvilla, singer Gayatri and audio maker Sridhar Reddy.

Speaking on the occasion Sumanth said, “Cloths showroom is a different venue to hold platinum disc function of a different film like Godavari. This function is the beginning of many more functions like 50 days function and 100 days function.”

Director Sekhar Kammula said, “Godavari film is having terrific collections now though it started bit slow in the beginning. Music of the film helped Godavari a lot.”

Producer GVG Raju said, “Godavari is running with steady collections and it consolidated in B and C centers. I am hoping to see 100 day run of this film. Audio of the film also become success with over 1 lakh cassettes being sold.

Audio maker Sridhar Reddy, music director KM Radha Krishnan and singer Gayatri also spoke during this event.
