The latest film of Sravanthi Ravi Kishore with Sumanth and Charmy in the main leads is christened as 'Gowry' with a caption 'area Dhoolpet'. The shooting of an item song (Jigijigi jinka jigelu manaka zoolo pettesta' with Sumanth and Trishna Preetham is going on in a floor at Annapurna studios in the dance direction of Shankar. Shooting of this film would be completed b 19th July. Audio would be released in the last week of July. 'Gowry' is all set to hit marquee by the end of August 2004. Dubbing and editing of this film is currently going on.

Speaking on this occasion hero Sumanth said that he is playing the role of a bike mechanic in Dhoolpet with rough shades. He felt that the title Gowry is unisex. He went to dhoolpet once to observe how things work over there.

Cinematographer Hari Anumolu said that this kind of story give him more scope to come up with different kind of taking.

There would be six songs scored by Koti in this film out of which two were picturized in sets, two on shooting locations (Dhoolpet set in Annapurna 7 acres) and two songs in Austria and Greece.
