Shooting of bilingual film Guru (Guru Deva in Tamil and Guru in Telugu) is currently going on in RTC quarters behind Kachiguda Railway station. The unit of the film has invited press today share the information about this film starring Jai Akash and Pranati.

KK Murthy produces this film in the direction B Jaffer on Sri Selva Muthu Kumara Movies' banner. Shooting of this film was started on 17th of September in Hyderabad and was shot in places like Durgamma cheruvu, medchal dhaba, etc. Shooting of this film would be completed in November. 70% of the shooting is completed so far. Two songs are picturized and three more songs need to be canned. Audio of this film would be released in December. This film would be releasing in the month of January 2005.

Jai Akash is playing the role of street smart rowdy who falls in love with Pranati. Nassar is doing the role of an ex-thief who is the godfather of Jai Akash.
