Popular Bollywood actor and Marathi theater personality Vikram Gokhale is making his debut in a film titled ‘Kalavaramaye Madilo’ that is being directed by K Satish (Hope fame) and produced by Mohan Vadlapatla. The unit arranged a press meet at Annapurna studios today morning. Here are the excerpts –
Director K Satish said, “70% of the shoot is completed so far. Apart from hero and heroine characters, there are two more important characters played by Vikram Gokhale and Tanikella Bharani. I had been a fan of Vikram Gokhale from the days of his TV serial Udaan. Colors Swati brought a new color to the movie with her amazing work.”
Actor Vikram Gokhale said, “I am indebted to the producer and the director for offering me this role. I am learning Telugu now and by-hearting all my dialogues a day before the shoot. I am happy with the story, character and other artists in the film. Satish is a very good director and he knows what he wants. I am amazing by Telugu film industry’s value for time and punctuality.”
Actor Kamal Kamaraju said, “Though there are not much scenes between me and Vikram Gokhale, I went and met him. He offered me some inspiring words.”
Actor Tanikella said, “Vikram Gokhale is a man of theatrical backdrop. I also worked for theater. There is a good culture of actors continuing to act in theater even after become hugely successful in Bollywood. I am doing a satisfactory role in this film after a long time. This film will be in the style of Bapu and K Viswanath. The producer Mohan has good taste which is evident from the fact that he decided to produce this film. I and Vikram are good roles who share good bonding on the screen.”
