The unanimous positive reviews from both the public and the media aided the film to enter into its third week of theatrical run. Asura is now cruising ahead towards its 25th day. This has created a celebratory mood among the fans and well-wishers of Nara Rohit in the industry. The makers of Asura anticipated this result ahead of the film’s release. They sold the theatrical rights of 60% of the areas and went on for a self-release in the remaining areas. Upon release, the film started generating profits for the producers and distributors from its second week itself making it one of the best grossers in the recent times.
