There is tremendous excitement about the film Ghazi in Visakhapatnam city as the story of the film is based on the events surrounding Visakhapatnam during the 1971 Indo-Pak war. Several citizens of Visakhapatnam are enthusiastic that a pan-India national level film is being made on Visakhapatnam and its story where big names like Karan Johar are also attached.
The recent Visakhapatnam Utsav and the presence of Rana at launch of trailer with Chiranjivi’s voice has given an essence of belonging of identity to Vishakhapatnam people with the film. It is also significant to note that the trailer especially refers to Visakhapatnam in two instances within 53 Seconds of the length of trailer; once in the voice of Chiranjivi and once in the speech of Rana.
