Maniratnam is currently directing a romantic comedy in Tamil and Malayalam. This film features Dulquer Salmaan (Mammootty’s son) and Nitya Menen as lead pair. AR Rahman composes music and PC Sreeram handles cinematography. This film is titled as OK Kanmani in Tamil. Dil Raju has bought Telugu dubbing rights and will be releasing as ‘OK Bangaram’ in Telugu. Maniratnam is not churning out box office hits recently as his last two films Ravan and Kadali doing badly.
