Jiiva is known to Telugu audience for his movies like Rangam, Snehithudu, Mask and Chirunavvula Chirujallu. He scored a hit with Rangam that released in 2011. Now he is all set to cast his spell on Tollywood once again with the film Pokiri Raja. This movie marks his 25th in Kollywood and stars Hansika Motwani in the female lead. Actor Satyaraj's son, Sibiraj is playing the antagonist in the movie. With an interesting tag line 'Fun of Wind', the movie is a fun ride and will deliver complete entertainment to the audience.

Telugu rights of Pokiri Raja are acquired by SSVS Creations in association with Sai Geetha Arts and will be produced by Malireddy Veera Venkata Satyanarayana, V. Honey Promod and Srinu. Directed by Ramprakash Rayappa, music is composed by D. Imman.
