Veteran actor Ranganath is no more. He committed suicide on the evening of Saturday (19 December) at his residence in Kavadiguda, Hyderabad. He was born in Chennai in 1949. He has worked as Railway TC (Ticket Collector) before venturing into films. Ranganath made his debut with the film Buddhimanthudu and acted as hero in Chandana film in 1974. He has acted in over 300 films. He has also acted in several TV serials. He has directed a film titled Moguds Pellams. May his soul rest in peace!
