This is the time again for TANA (Telugu Association of North America) where new executive team will be elected and is the time for Elections, more than 300 friends has gathered to give their support to new TEAM. First time ever in TANA there should be elections between two internal groups. One team comprises of Ram Yalamanchili as Executive Vice President, Bhakta Balla as Secretary, Suren Pathuri as Treasurer, Bulliah Chowdary as Joint Secretary and Chandra Guntupalli as California Regional Representative West will be contesting. 

There has been a lot of support to this team hoping to great success who wants to do community service and support in order to flourish our telugu culture in USA.  Speaking Ram Yalamanchili who has a great vision and strategy to develop our telugu community in USA,  

Speaking Bhakta Balla has reminded everybody to vote of their choice and choose leaders wisely as this will greatly affect our telugu community to bring back to it’s roots. Ballots will be mailed on 30th March 2015, please cast your vote by choosing the right person of your choice and send them back on the prepaid post envelope by April 24 2015.

Chandra Guntupalli who is contesting for California Regional Representative requested everyone to cast their valuable vote without wasting it by not selecting anybody.

Bulliah Chowdary garu and Suren Pathuri expressed their immense interest in serving the community going forward as their commitment is very strong and meaningful towards success of the current elections.

The grand success of the event always and forever goes to the friends, well-wishers and supporters of our Community who are always our strong bones and pillars of the society; everybody showed their true desire and encouragement towards the success and vision of the great TEAM.

ఊపందుకున్న తానా ఎన్నికల ప్రచారం

ప్రపంచ తెలుగు సంఘాలలో అతి పెద్దదైన ఉత్తరమెరికా తెలుగు సంఘం (తానా) లో నూతన కార్య వర్గ ఎన్నికలు నిర్వహిస్తున్నారు. భక్త బల్ల మరియు చంద్ర గుంటుపల్లి ఆధ్వర్యం లో మార్చి 13 శనివారం సాయంత్రం 7 గంటలకు బేఏరియా మిల్పిటాస్ పీకాక్ హాల్ లో తానా ఎన్నికల ప్రచార కార్య క్రమాన్ని నిర్వ హించారు. ఈ కార్య క్రమాని కి దాదాపు 300 మందికి పైగా సభ్యులు పాల్గొన్నారు. ఈ సందర్భంగా పలువురు మాట్లాడుతూ తానా చరిత్రలోనే మొదటి సారి రెండు వర్గాలుగా విడిపోయి పోటి జరుగుతుందన్నారు. దీనిలో ఒక వర్గం నుంచి ప్రెసిడెంట్ గా రామ్ యలమంచిలి, సెక్రటరీ గా భక్త బల్ల, సురేన్ పాతూరి కోశాదిరికారి గాను, బుల్లయ చౌదరి జాయింట్ సెక్రటరీ గాను, కాలిఫోర్నియా రీజినల్ కోఆర్డినేటర్ గా చంద్ర గుంటుపల్లి పోటి చేస్తున్నారు. వీరికి ఇప్పటికే అమెరిక మొత్తంలో మంచి స్పందన లభించిందని, తమ వర్గమే అన్ని పదవులను కైవసం చేసుకుంటుందని ధీమా వ్యక్తం చేసారు. తమని గెలిపిస్తే తానా సేవలు మరింత విస్తరిస్తూ అమెరిక లో ఉన్న ప్రతివారందరికి అందుబాటులో ఉంటామని, యువతను ప్రోత్స్తాహిస్తామని, రాజకీయాలకు అతీతంగా పనిచేస్తామన్నారు.
