Aswini Dutt entered the Telugu film industry 30 years back
to realize his dream of making a name and place for himself.
After 3 years he established Vyjayanthi banner and made
his debut film 'Eduruleni Manishi' in grandeur style by
casting none other than the great legend Nandamuri Taraka
Ramarao. It was NTR - the man of this century who made Telugus
internationally popular - who named the banner of Aswini
Dutt as 'Vyjayanthi Movies'. He did more than just name
the banner, he gave it an identity. An identity that has
made Vyjayanthi Movies synonymous with blockbuster hits.
He also acted in another film titled 'Yuga Purushudu' in
Vyjayanthi banner.
Aswini
Dutt is the only producer who has the distinction of making
films all popular heroes of Telugu cinema. He made 25 films
so far and his 25th film is none other than Chiranjeevi

his daughters - Swapna Cinema, Sri Priyanka Pictures and
Siri Media Arts. He is currently producing a 15-crore film
with Pawan Kalyan as hero. He also has a film each with
Chiranjeevi, Venkatesh, Nagarjuna, Mahesh Babu and NTR on
the cards.
His birthday is 15th September.
