MS Raju came back with a small budget film with the combination of popular Chitram combination of Uday Kiran - Reema Sen - RP PatnaikThis movie released amidst low expectations.

The movie has got euphoric talk right from the show number one. It was a smooth sailing at Box office for Manasanta Nuvve. MS Raju distributed the film for all the areas through Suresh Distributors and Manasanta Nuvve is poised to collect a total share of Rs. 10 crores.

VN Aditya, the protégé of Jayant and Singeetam, directed this film for the first time. Paruchuri brothers proved that they are not behind when it comes to youth stories by providing dialogues and screenplay. MS Raju prepared the storyline of this film.

This film consolidated Uday Kiran's position at the box office and the best youth hero in terms of success. This film also proved Reema Sen is one of the three crazy heroines of this year along with Arti Agrawal and Bhumika Chawla.
