Sumanth Ashwin debut film Muhurat

MS Raju’s son Sumanth Ashwin’s launch was done in the office of MS Raju in Jubilee Hills. He is acting in a film which is being directed by Teja. Venu handles cinematography, Paruchuri brothers pen dialogues, Sirivennela write lyrics and Devi Sri Prasad composes music.

Paruchuri Venkateswara Rao sounded the clapboard, Rishita (daughter of MS Raju) switched on the camera. D Suresh Babu directed the first shot. Financier Satya Rangayya did deeparadhana.

Speaking on the occasion Paruchuri Gopala Krishna said, “MS Raju is a good director, producer, story writer and screenplay writer. Even then MS Raju asked Teja to direct this film because he does not want his love for son affect his judgment. Teja is known for extracting mind boggling performances from the newcomers.”

Director Teja said, “When I met Teja to narrate a story for a big hero project few years back, I happened to see his son Sumanth Ashwin. I told him that I will direct Sumanth Ashwin soon. We finalized this combination an year back. Since then we had been working on this subject. There is lot of pressure on me because this film launched son of MS Raju who is an extraordinary filmmaker. This film has good story with lots of twists. It is an emotional love story with lots of entertainment. I am working for the first time with Sirivennela and Devi Sri Prasad. Devi Sri Prasad was supposed to work for my Jayam film, but it did not materialize.”

Devi Sri Prasad said, “Sumanth Arts is like my mother banner. It was MS Raju who introduced me. I feel proud to work for a film that introduces MS Raju’s son Sumanth Ashwin. I knew Sumanth from his childhood days and he has lots of potential.”

Producer MS Raju said, “I came to film industry 23 years. I had gone through both good and bad phases in films. I want all of you to bless my son. Paruchuri brothers had always been my strength. Devi Sri Prasad and Sirivennela are my strong points. The script work is almost done. We will go to floors in a month.”
