Rainbow, a VN Aditya film, is set for release on October 2nd. Jointly made on Sri Siddartha Movies and Bharat Art Pictures, the flick stars Rahul (Happy Days hero) and Sonal Chauhan (of Jannath fame) and Sindhu Menon. Prakash Raj plays a vital role. The film unit today held a media briefing at Hampi Restaurant, Hyderabad.

Performance, Comedy and Music: Paruchuri Brother
Paruchuri Venkateswara Rao (Screenplay & Dialogues) said: "Rahul did wonderful performance in Happy Days. The audience will find a streak of sacrifice in his characterization in Rainbow also. Sonal and Sindhu Menon played memorable roles. This romantic film also has a pleasant comedy thread contributed by Sunil and Siva Reddy. Other than story, screenplay and dialogues, the audience will find something special about Rainbow. All the songs are not just duets, but situational in tune with the story. Singer Sunitha and music director Nihal are closely associated with the film right from its scripting stage to the climax and postproduction. I hope this film will bring great offers to Sonal."

Sohan Chauhan said: "I don't feel like an outsider. Though its my first film in Telugu, the friendliness of the cast and crew helped me to have deeper understanding of Tollywood. In fact, I can sing all the songs in Rainbow, even if I can't grasp the meaning fully. I am very fortunate to meet the right people. Rainbow is a beautiful love story and will touch lot of hearts."

VN Aditya said: "This is my fifth film. I am thankful to my gurus Paruchuri Brothers who taught me a lot. I thank the four directors – Kodi Ramakrishna, Rajamoui, Seenu Vytla and Samudra – for making special appearance in the film. In spite of their busy schedules, they adjusted their timings and contributed their performance to the film. Some of my friends in USA and Hyderabad stood by me all through the filmmaking. Nihal is a very talented music director and he really gave a big musical hit. I thank Chandrabose (single card lyricist) and Suchitra Chandrabose (choreographer). This is my debut as producer. When working as director, I used to take it otherwise whenever I found the cooperation from producers bleak. Now, I understand their parameters and difficulties. This enhanced my respect for all the producers with whom I worked so far."

Sunitha (singer) said: "The audience will feel that they have watched a beautiful film after a long time. I am associated with the film right from its story discussions to the climax to the postproduction. Personally, the entire unit will get the right fruit for all the efforts made."

Nihal (Music dirctor) said: "All these days I worked only as a singer. Aditya garu gave me an opportunity to turn into music director. I wish that Rainbow shall become a big hit."
