Bharat Thakur is producing a movie titled ‘Thakita Thakita’ in the direction of Srihari Nanu (Satyabhama fame). ‘Find your rhythm’ is the tagline of the movie. Nagarjuna and Anushka are doing special roles and Bhumika Chawla is doing a guest appearance. Four heroes and four heroines are being introduced to Telugu film industry with this movie. Bobo Sashi (Bindaas fame) provides music. BVS Ravi pens dialogues. Here are the excerpts of the press meet

Bharat Thakur said, “We started Downtown movies to promote new talent. We shot a part of the movie in Himalayas. Senthil Kumar provided excellent cinematography. All the actors learnt Telugu before doing this movie.”

Cinematographer Senthil Kumar said, “My debut film Aithe sported all new actors. After that did blockbusters like Arundhati and Magadheera. I am happy to do another new-comers film Thakita Thakita. It will be a memorable film in my career.”

Director Srihari Nanu said, “This film is about four girls and four boys with different cultural backgrounds and thinking patterns. This story tells us how to find rhythm among such diversified friends. This film is not a dance based movie. It is about finding rhythm in life. Things like acid attacks were also addressed in this movie. Nagarjuna and Anushka did vital guest characters in Thakita Thakita.”

Bhumika Chawla said, “I had been in the film industry for the past 11 years. Thakita Thakita film is like a small gift to the movie lovers. I am doing the role of an English teacher in the flashback episode of this movie. This character is an important one."

Anushka said, “Bharat Thakur is my guru in Yoga and Bhumika Chawla is a close friend. I did this movie for them. I am willing to act in their projects in the future. This movie is a realistic film and I am playing myself (Actress Anushka) in this movie.”
