Action sequences on Bharat Parepally's latest film 'Cheekatilo' (The Settlement) are being picturized in the woods behind Aluminum factory in Gachibowli. These sequences are being composed by Nandu on Sai Kumar and Vinod Kumar.

Speaking on the occasion Producer - director Bharat said, "Shooting of the film was commenced on 16th September. In 40 days we wrapped up the film. Tomorrow is the final day of shoot. The postproduction work is already started. The combination of Sai Kumar and Bharat Kumar got good craze to this film. Though I directed 15 films, none of those films could get me success due to the limitations in budget. Hence I decided to produce on my own so that I can make the film that satisfies me. We are planning to release the audio of this film in the month-end of December. Cheekatilo film would be released for Sankranthi 2006."

Actor Vinod Kumar said, "I am doing a negative role in this film. I started my career in films with a negative role in Mouna Poratam film. I am expecting different characters after this film. Though it's an action film, there is good importance to the music too."

Hero Sai Kumar said, "Slokam, my earlier film with Bharat did not do well at box office. People who saw my films on TV say that those films are good. Surprising the same films are not running well in cinema halls. This film offers something to all classes of audiences. I am hoping to get a hit through Cheekatilo."

Heroine Gulabi said, "I am doing the role of a college student. I fall in love with a NRI and leave. The story of the film starts the moment somebody found that I am missing."
