Much to the delight of the fashion connoisseurs,'Pochampally IKAT art Mela 2014' a 10-day  Handloom  Products exhibition begins at The National Small Industries Corporation (NSIC) Exhibition Center, Near Ecil X Road, Kushaiguda.The Mela organised by Pochampally Handloom Park, It will be on till 19th October 2014.

Shilpashwi, Tollywod Actress () inaugurated the Mela by lighting the traditional lamp.“It’s glad to see various apparel, particularly designer Fabrics, silk and cotton sarees, to be showcased for the Fashion Connoisseurs” said Shilpashwi.“Platforms such as this are required to reach out women looking for well-designed hand made cotton, silk wear & exclusive home textile” she added.

By promoting handlooms, we support the artisans and local community who have been passing on their skills for generations.
