Ameer Log marks the maiden production venture of Madhavi Reddy Soma under the banner of Awwal Number Productions. The film is directed by Ramana Reddy Soma, with Manohar Reddy Manchuri serving as co-producer. MC Hari, Manoj, and Sashidhar play the lead roles, while Veda Jalandhar, Ravan Nittooru, Vishwender Reddy, and Sai Yogi appear in key roles.
Rana Daggubati’s Spirit Media is set to release the film grandly in Telugu on August 21. A press meet was held on Wednesday, with the following members of the team sharing their thoughts:
Director Ramana Reddy Soma said : “We have watched Ameer Log several times by now, and it is definitely a hit film. A movie like this has never been made before. I have made a great attempt with this film. Looking at the response to the premieres, we understood that we had achieved what we set out to do. People often say that films like those made in Malayalam are not being made here. I believe the Hyderabad era has now begun. The sound that starts in Nizam on August 21 will reach all the other ‘woods’ as well.”
Producer Madhavi Reddy Soma said : “I thank my husband Ramana, who has always stood by me and guided me. He took care of everything as the writer, director, and producer. He crafted Ameer Log like a beautiful painting. When audiences walk out of the theatre after watching this film, each one of them will take home some kind of emotion.”
Actor MC Hari said : “Ameer Log gave me a wonderful opportunity, a family, and a great experience. Rohith’s editing is outstanding, and Smaran has given fantastic music. Manoj, Shashi, and I had a lot of fun together on the sets. We learned something new every day during the shoot. I thank Sandeep, SVK, Madhavi garu, and Ramana anna for supporting me throughout this journey. The theatres were absolutely rocking wherever the premieres were held. We hope to receive the same response on August 21.”
Actor Manoj said : “I am happy that a film like Ameer Log came my way at the beginning of my career. With this movie, I believe we will be able to sustain ourselves for another ten years. The response to the premieres has been phenomenal everywhere. Smaran’s music has taken the film to the next level. Our movie represents the spirit and culture of Telangana.”
Actress Veda Jalandhar said : “The premieres of Ameer Log are receiving a very good response. I heard that everyone who watched the film in my hometown Karimnagar was asking about me (laughs). There is honesty and innocence in our film. Please watch our movie on August 21. The film has all kinds of emotions. Smaran’s music, Rohith’s editing, and the efforts of all the artistes have contributed immensely to the movie. I thank Madhavi garu and Ramana Reddy garu for supporting us. After watching the film, you will feel completely satisfied, like you have had a full meal.”
Editor Rohith said : “I have shared a bond with Ramana for the past seven years. He worked extremely hard for Ameer Log. The reward for all that effort will come on August 21. The film has turned out wonderfully, and I am confident that everyone will like it.”
Co-Producer Manohar Reddy said : “I recently returned from the US, and people there are also asking about this movie. Ramana carried the entire film on his shoulders and gave it his all.”
Actor Sai Yogi said : “Ramana anna is going to showcase his love for Hyderabad through Ameer Log. The premieres held in Andhra Pradesh also received a good response. The premieres in Karimnagar and Warangal received an excellent response.”

దర్శకుడు రమణా రెడ్డి సోమ మాట్లాడుతూ .. ‘‘అమీర్ లోగ్’ సినిమాని ఇప్పటికి చాలా సార్లు చూశాం. కచ్చితంగా హిట్టు బొమ్మ. ఇప్పటి వరకు ఇలాంటి చిత్రం రాలేదు. అలాంటి ఓ గొప్ప అటెంప్ట్ నేను చేశాను. ప్రీమియర్లకు వచ్చిన రెస్పాన్స్ చూస్తే మేం హిట్ కొట్టేశాం, మేం అనుకున్నది సాధించేశాం అని అర్థమైంది. మలయాళంలో తీసినట్టుగా మన దగ్గర రావడం లేదు అని అంటుంటారు కదా.. ఇకపై హైదరబాద్ ఎరా స్టార్ట్ అయింది. ఆగస్ట్ 21న నైజాంలో స్టార్ట్ అయ్యే సౌండ్.. అన్ని వుడ్లకు చేరుకుంటుంది’ అని అన్నారు.

నటి వేద జలంధర్ మాట్లాడుతూ .. ‘‘అమీర్ లోగ్’ మూవీకి వేస్తున్న ప్రీమియర్లకు మంచి రెస్పాన్స్ వస్తోంది. మా కరీంనగర్లో సినిమా చూసిన వారంతా నా గురించే అడిగారట (నవ్వుతూ). మా చిత్రంలో నిజాయితీ, అమాయకత్వం ఉంటుంది. ఆగస్ట్ 21న మా మూవీని చూడండి. మా సినిమాలో అన్ని రకాల ఎమోషన్స్ ఉంటాయి. స్మరణ్ గారి సంగీతం, రోహిత్ గారి ఎడిటింగ్, ఇతర ఆర్టిస్టులు అందరం కలిసి సినిమా కోసం కష్టపడ్డాం. మాకు సపోర్ట్ చేసిన మాధవి గారు, రమణ రెడ్డి గార్లకు థాంక్స్. చిత్రాన్ని చూసిన తర్వాత ఫుల్ మీల్స్ తిన్నట్టుగా, కడుపు నిండినట్టుగా అనిపిస్తుంది’ అని అన్నారు.

కో ప్రొడ్యూసర్ మనోహర్ రెడ్డి మాట్లాడుతూ .. ‘యూస్ నుంచి రీసెంట్గానే వచ్చాను. అమెరికాలో కూడా ఈ మూవీ గురించి అడుగుతున్నారు. ఈ మూవీని రమణ అంతా తానై భుజానికి ఎత్తుకుని మోశాడు’ అని అన్నారు.
నటుడు యోగి మాట్లాడుతూ .. ‘హైదరబాద్ మీద రమణన్న తనకున్న ప్రేమను ఈ ‘అమీర్ లోగ్’ సినిమాతో చూపించబోతోన్నారు. ఏపీలో వేసిన ప్రీమియర్లకు కూడా మంచి రెస్పాన్స్ వచ్చింది. కరీంనగర్, వరంగల్లో వేసిన ప్రీమియర్లకు అద్భుతమైన రెస్పాన్స్ వచ్చింది’ అని అన్నారు.
