Hero Kiran Abbavaram and Sri Gouri Priya's Chennai Love Story has emerged as a major success with audiences across all sections. Viewers have been praising the film as a beautiful and emotionally engaging love story. Along with widespread appreciation, the film has also registered impressive box office collections. Including premiere shows and worldwide Day 1 collections, Chennai Love Story earned ₹12.3 crore. To celebrate this achievement, the makers hosted a grand Blockbuster Success Meet in Hyderabad.

Producer SKN said, "A tree takes years to bear fruit, and similarly, this stage is where we finally celebrate the rewards of our hard work. Success is rare in the film industry, and everyone involved hopes their film becomes successful. Building a film is like constructing a house brick by brick. It may be easier for cash-rich producers, but for content-driven producers like me, it is far more challenging.

That is why I made Taxiwala in 2018, Baby in 2023, and now Chennai Love Story. Sai Rajesh and I often have different opinions, but when it comes to cinema, we are ready to make any sacrifice.

Sai narrated this story to me in just twenty minutes, and I immediately wanted to produce it. Due to several reasons, the project was delayed. After Baby, audience expectations increased significantly, so we wanted to make a film with broader universal appeal.

Just like K. Balachander and Bharathiraja, Sai Rajesh's stories have emotional depth and powerful characters, which is why he has won two National Awards. I am proud of him.

We all believed in this project, including Kiran. Ravi is like my brother, and he justified our faith in him. Today, I can proudly say we have delivered another successful film. Buyers and distributors are calling us, saying they are increasing shows because collections are excellent.

I am proud to announce that the film collected ₹12.3 crore on Day 1, which is nearly 40 percent higher than Baby's opening. This is Kiran Abbavaram's biggest hat-trick. We already knew he was a bankable hero, and now he has also earned immense appreciation as a performer.

When I worked with Vijay Deverakonda on Taxiwala, the film recovered its investment on Day 1. Baby gave Anand Deverakonda the biggest opening of his career, and now we have achieved similar success with Kiran. The best way we can express our gratitude to the heroes who trust us is by helping them grow commercially.

Working with Kiran has made me his admirer. Chennai Love Story has justified the trust audiences placed in us after Colour Photo and Baby. Our film proves that if you offer quality content at affordable ticket prices, families and women audiences will wholeheartedly support it. The response to Gouri's performance as Nivi has been phenomenal, with audiences cheering for her in theatres."

Story Writer and Producer Sai Rajesh said, "I firmly believe that nature itself supports a good film, and I experienced that once again with Chennai Love Story. Everyone supported Ravi for the immense effort he put into this project. Even though I was the story writer, I stood by him wherever he needed me, just like an assistant director.

Mani Sharma's team worked late into the night for this film. After the first schedule, we became confident enough to hand over the entire project to Ravi. Although I wrote the story, Ravi loved and understood it even more deeply than I did. Even as a director, I doubt I could have made it this well.

After Baby, we wanted to make a film that would elevate our reputation even further, and I genuinely believe Chennai Love Story is an even greater film. Our only goal has always been to make successful films.

SKN reinvests every rupee earned from cinema back into cinema. Dheeraj handled every aspect of this production and never let any pressure reach us. I am fortunate to have such a friend.

Many leading heroines rejected this story, but after watching Lover, I felt Gouri was our perfect Nivi. She portrayed the role with incredible dedication and talent.

Kiran worked around the clock for this film. Any director would consider themselves fortunate to have an actor like him. Anantha Sriram always captures the soul of my stories through his lyrics, and he has done the same once again. My friend Thrigun trusted me and accepted this role. I also thank the media for supporting our film."

Since I was doing commercial films, I wondered whether taking up such an innocent and emotional role was the right decision. I knew I could perform comedy and action, but I questioned whether I could convincingly portray such emotional innocence. I gave it my best, and today the appreciation from audiences and the media makes me truly happy.

స్టోరీ రైటర్, ప్రొడ్యూసర్ సాయి రాజేష్ మాట్లాడుతూ - ఒక మంచి సినిమాకు నేచర్ అంతా సపోర్ట్ చేస్తుందని నేను నమ్ముతాను. ఈ సినిమా విషయంలో అది మరోసారి నా అనుభవంలో చూశాను. డైరెక్టర్ రవి ఈ సినిమా కోసం పడిన కష్టానికి ప్రతి ఒక్కరూ సపోర్ట్ చేశారు. నేనూ ఒక ఏడీగా ఆయనకు ఎక్కడైనా అవసరం ఉంటే సహకారం అందించాను. మణిశర్మ గారి టీమ్ కూడా అర్థరాత్రి ఈ మూవీ కోసం వర్క్ చేశారు. ఫస్ట్ షెడ్యూల్ తర్వాత రవిని పూర్తిగా నమ్మి ఈ ప్రాజెక్ట్ ఇవ్వొచ్చని నమ్మాం. నేను కథా రచయితను అయినా నాకంటే ఎక్కువగా ఈ కథను ప్రేమించి, అర్థం చేసుకుని సినిమా రూపొందించాడు. నేను దర్శకుడిని అయినా ఇంత బాగా తెరకెక్కించేవాడిని కాదేమో. బేబి సినిమా తర్వాత మా గౌరవాన్ని పెంచే సినిమానే చేయాలని అనుకున్నాం. బేబి కంటే చాలా గొప్ప సినిమా చేశాం. హిట్ సినిమా చేయాలనే సంకల్పం ఒక్కటే నన్ను, ఎస్ కేఎన్ నూ ముందుకు నడిపిస్తుంటుంది. సినిమా మీద ఏ రూపాయి వచ్చినా తిరిగి సినిమాకే పెట్టుబడి పెడుతుంటాడు ఎస్ కేఎన్. ధీరజ్ ఈ సినిమాకు అన్నీ తానై చూసుకున్నాడు. మాపై ఏమాత్రం ఒత్తిడి పడనీయలేదు. అలాంటి మిత్రుడు దొరికినందుకు సంతోషంగా ఉంది. ఎంతోమంది హ్యాపెనింగ్ హీరోయిన్స్ ఈ కథను వద్దనుకున్నారు. లవర్ సినిమా చూసి ఈ అమ్మాయి కదా మన నివి అనిపించింది. గౌరి ఎంతో డెడికేటెడ్ గా ప్రతిభావంతంగా నివి పాత్రను పోషించింది. కిరణ్ గారు ఈ సినిమా కోసం 24 గంటలూ కష్టపడ్డారు. అలాంటి హీరో దొరకడం దర్శకుడిగా రవి అదృష్టం. ఆ అదృష్టం నాకూ దక్కాలని కోరుకుంటున్నా. కిరణ్ గారు ఈ సినిమా సొంత సినిమా అనుకుని వర్క్ చేశారు. నా కథలోని ఆత్మ ప్రతిబింబించేలా పాటలు రాస్తారు అనంత శ్రీరామ్. ఈ సినిమాకూ అలాంటి మంచి సాహిత్యాన్ని అందించారు. నా స్నేహితుడు త్రిగుణ్ నా మాటను నమ్మి ఈ క్యారెక్టర్ చేశారు. మీడియా మిత్రులు మా మూవీని ఎంతో సపోర్ట్ చేశారు. అన్నారు.

హీరో కిరణ్ అబ్బవరం మాట్లాడుతూ - మా సినిమాకు పనిచేసిన ప్రతి క్రాఫ్ట్ లోని మెంబర్ కు థ్యాంక్స్. ఈ సినిమా షూటింగ్ టైమ్ లోనే వారితో చెప్పేవాడిని ఇది మనందరికీ మంచి సినిమా అవుతుందని. ఆ మాట నిజమై ఈ రోజు ప్రేక్షకులు ఘన విజయాన్ని అందించడం సంతోషంగా ఉంది. అనంత శ్రీరామ్ గారు గుర్తుండిపోయే పాటలు రాశారు. విశ్వాస్ నాతో వర్క్ చేసిన నాలుగో సినిమా ఇది. బ్యూటిఫుల్ విజవల్స్ ఇచ్చారు. కథ సినిమా నుంచి త్రిగుణ్ అన్న హీరోగా చేస్తున్నారు. మా మూవీలో ఎలాంటి ఈగోస్ లేకుండా పాజిటివ్ గా ఉంటూ మాకు సపోర్ట్ చేశారు. ధీరజ్ అన్న సినిమా మొదటి రోజు నుంచి ఇప్పటిదాకా ఒకేలా చూసుకుంటున్నారు. ఈ చిత్రంలో నివి పాత్రను పర్ ఫార్మ్ చేయడం కష్టం. నివి ఈ పాత్రను పోషించేందుకు చాలా కష్టపడింది. ఆమె కష్టం చూశాక ఈ ఆమ్మాయికి మంచి పేరు రావాలని కోరుకున్నా. ఆమెకు ప్రేక్షకుల నుంచి వస్తున్న ప్రశంసలు చూస్తుంటే సంతోషంగా ఉంది. ఈ సినిమా చేసేప్పుడు అందరితో రవి గురించి చెప్పేవాడిని. ఈ సినిమాతో రవికి విజయం రావడం హ్యాపీగా ఫీలవుతున్నా. స్టీవెన్ శంకర్ అనే గుర్తుండిపోయే పాత్రను నాకు ఇచ్చినందుకు థ్యాంక్స్. సినిమా పట్ల ఒక చిన్న పిల్లాడి ఎగ్జైట్ మెంట్ ఎస్ కేఎన్ లో చూశాను. సినిమా పట్ల తపన ఉన్న ప్రొడ్యూసర్ ఆయన. మేము ఏదైనా ప్రెజర్ లో ఉంటే వచ్చి సరదాగా మాలో ఉత్సాహం నింపేవారు. బేబి లాంటి బ్లాక్ బస్టర్ తర్వాత టైమ్ తీసుకుని ఒక మంచి మూవీ చేయడం అంత ఈజీ కాదు. హిట్ కొట్టాలి బ్రదర్, మంచి సినిమా చేయాలనే ఆయన ఎప్పుడూ చెబుతుండేవారు. ఏడాదిన్నర క్రితం సాయి రాజేష్ గారు కలిసి ఈ కథ చెప్పారు. ఆయన ఆ రోజు ఇచ్చిన కాన్ఫిడెన్స్ ఈ రోజు ప్రేక్షకులు ఇచ్చిన విజయంతో నిజమైంది. నాలో స్టీవెన్ శంకర్ ను చూసి, నాపై నమ్మకం పెట్టుకున్నందుకు సాయి రాజేష్ గారికి థ్యాంక్స్. ప్రేక్షకులు మా సినిమా మీద చూపిస్తున్న ప్రేమకు, నా మాట మీద చూపించిన నమ్మకానికి కృతజ్ఞతలు. మీకు మూవీ తప్పకుండా నచ్చుతుందని నేను రిలీజ్ ముందు చెప్పాను. ప్రీమియర్స్ నుంచే థియేటర్స్ దగ్గర హౌస్ ఫుల్స్ బోర్డ్స్ కనిపించడం సంతోషంగా ఉంది. ఫ్యామిలీ ఆడియెన్స్ మా మూవీకి బాగా కనెక్ట్ అవుతున్నారు. థియేటర్స్ కు వచ్చి చూస్తున్నారు. కొందరు థియేటర్స్ లో సినిమా చూస్తూ ఉద్వేగానికి లోనవుతున్నారు. స్టీవెన్ శంకర్ రోల్ స్క్రిప్ట్ విన్నప్పుడు నాలో కొంత సందేహం ఉండేది. హీరోగా కమర్షియల్ సినిమాలు చేస్తున్నప్పుడు ఈ సినిమా చేయడం కరెక్టా కాదా అనిపించేది. కామెడీ, యాక్షన్ చేయగలం కానీ ఇంత ఇన్నోసెంట్ గా, ఎమోషనల్ గా నటించి మెప్పించగలనా లేదా అనిపించేది. నాకు సాధ్యమైనంత పర్ ఫార్మ్ చేశాను. ఈ రోజు మీడియా మిత్రుల దగ్గర నుంచి, ప్రేక్షకుల నుంచి వస్తున్న రెస్పాన్స్ చూస్తుంటే హ్యాపీగా ఉంది. మా ప్రేమ కథపై మీరు చూపిస్తున్న ప్రేమకు కృతజ్ఞతలు. ప్రతి ప్రేమ కథ ఒకేలా ఉంటే చరిత్రకు కూడా నచ్చదు. మాది కొత్త ప్రేమ కథ. థియేటర్స్ కు వెళ్లి ఎక్సిపీరియన్స్ చేయండి. ముఖ్యంగా ఫ్యామిలీ ఆడియెన్స్ చూడండి. అన్నారు.
