Adivi Sesh, who is currently enjoying the best phase of his career with back-to-back Pan-India blockbusters, is all set to enthrall once again with his next unique entertainer, Dacoit. The film marks the directorial debut of Shaniel Deo and is described as an intense tale of love and revenge. Dacoit features Mrunal Thakur as the leading lady, while acclaimed filmmaker Anurag Kashyap plays a pivotal role.
Originally slated for a Christmas release, the film’s arrival was postponed following Adivi Sesh’s leg injury. The makers have now officially announced the new release date. Dacoit will hit theaters worldwide on March 19, 2026, coinciding with the auspicious occasion of Ugadi, the Telugu New Year.
The release date poster presents a dramatic action theme set inside a car, with a gritty, intense atmosphere. It features Adivi Sesh and Mrunal Thakur seated in the vehicle, with Sesh aiming a gun towards his opponents.
