Written and directed by Tharun Bhascker Dhaassyam, ENE Repeat stars Vishwak Sen, Abhiinav Gomatam, Venkatesh Kakumanu and Srinath Maganti. The film is produced by Srujan Yarabolu and Sandeep Nagireddy under the S Originals and Rootnode Cinema banners.
The sequel to the 2018 film Ee Nagaraniki Emaindi has unveiled a new poster. It features the gang of four youngsters surrounded by a collection of suitcases, travel bags, camera equipment, and other luggage, creating a quirky and chaotic visual. Each character has a distinct appearance and expression, adding to the film’s playful, offbeat mood.
Vishwak sits at the top wearing sunglasses and holding a brown leather bag, sporting a stylish yet relaxed look. Venkatesh Kakumanu, dressed in a blue T-shirt and glasses, appears thoughtful as he leans against a suitcase. On the left, Srinath holding a professional camera and tripod suggests a connection to filmmaking, while Abhiinav in the green shirt at the centre looks visibly startled, clutching a sheet of paper. The crowded arrangement of characters and luggage gives the poster a lively, unconventional appeal, hinting at a story filled with unexpected situations, confusion, and comedy.
Vishwak Sen returns as Vivek, Abhiinav Gomatam as Kaushik and Venkatesh Kakumanu as Uppu, while Srinath Maganti plays Karthik. The film brings back the familiar gang whose friendship and humour struck a chord with young audiences in the original.
Released in 2018, Ee Nagaraniki Emaindi gradually developed a cult following, with its relatable characters and youthful humour contributing to its popularity. The film’s successful theatrical re-release further demonstrated its enduring appeal.
The film features cinematography by AJ Aaron and music by Vivek Sagar.
With the familiar characters returning, ENE Repeat is set to continue their journey with a fresh story at its centre. ENE Repeat will arrive in theatres worldwide on November 19, 2026.
