Director Karunakaran made a strong mark in the industry right from his debut with his unique style of portraying tender love stories. Impressed by his work, Pawan Kalyan later entrusted him with Balu as well. Karunakaran also delivered a hit with Darling starring Prabhas.
Now, Bellamkonda Sreenivas recently revealed in an interview that a new combination is in the works with the same director. His younger brother, Bellamkonda Ganesh Babu, is set to do a film under Karunakaran’s direction.
Sreenivas expressed happiness, saying that though he couldn’t be launched by Karunakaran back then as he had wished, he’s now glad that his brother is getting that opportunity.

ఇప్పుడు అదే దర్శకుడితో ఓ కొత్త కాంబో రాబోతుందని ఇటీవల ఓ ఇంటర్వ్యూలో బెల్లంకొండ శ్రీనివాస్ ప్రకటించారు. తన తమ్ముడు బెల్లంకొండ గణేష్ బాబు, దర్శకుడు కరుణాకరన్ తో సినిమా చేయబోతున్నట్టు ఆయన తెలిపారు. తనకు కరుణాకరన్ దర్శకత్వంలో లాంచ్ అవ్వాలన్న కోరిక అప్పట్లో కుదరకపోయినా, ఇప్పుడు తన తమ్ముడితో అదే దర్శకుడు సినిమా చేయడం పట్ల ఆనందాన్ని వ్యక్తం చేశారు.
