King 100 marks the landmark 100th project for King Nagarjuna Akkineni. Produced by Annapurna Studios and directed by Ra Karthik, who is making his Telugu directorial debut, the film is shaping up to be an ambitious cinematic venture. The project also brings together a promising ensemble cast, with each character introduction adding to the growing excitement surrounding the film.

The makers of King 100 have unveiled the first look of Ashok Selvan from the movie, unleashing his madness as Karna. The poster, unveiled on the special occasion of the actor’s birthday, instantly grabs attention.

Ashok Selvan makes a striking impression in a completely intense avatar. Dressed in a stylish maroon shirt, sporting long hair and a thick beard, the actor is seen relaxing in a chair with an effortless yet intimidating attitude. A cigarette in his hand, a khaki police uniform casually placed beside him, and a chessboard with a prominent king piece in the foreground add several interesting layers to the composition. The smoky atmosphere and dark setting further enhance the poster's mysterious appeal.

The makers have chosen an impressive way to celebrate Ashok Selvan’s birthday, presenting him in a never-before-seen avatar. His transformation add another exciting dimension to King 100, with the first look creating curiosity about the character and his role in the narrative.

Rockstar Devi Sri Prasad is composing the music, while Raja Mahadhevan handles cinematography. Navin Nooli is the editor, and Sathees Kumar N oversees production design.

With Nagarjuna, Tabu and Ashok Selvan bringing distinct personalities to the film, King 100 is generating anticipation through its promotional material. The film is slated for a grand worldwide theatrical release on December 24, 2026.
