Rural comedy “Kottapallilo Okappudu” is presented by Rana Daggubati’s Spirit Media. The film is directed by actress-producer Praveena Paruchuri, who previously worked on critically acclaimed films like C/o Kancharapalem and Uma Maheswara Ugra Roopasya. It is produced under Paruchuri Vijaya Praveena Arts, featuring Manoj Chandra and Monica in lead roles. The first look, teaser, and trailer received a positive response. The film is set for release on July 18. Ahead of the release, the makers hosted a pre-release press meet followed by a press premiere, which received tremendous response.

Rana Daggubati said at the event:
“Hello everyone! I hope you all liked Kottapallilo Okappudu. When a film like this comes out, we think about how to promote it and reach people. Showing the film during the pre-release event rarely happens, but we did it. When I first saw the movie, every character felt alive—like someone we know from our surroundings. Director Praveena is a cardiologist, and she made this film while practicing medicine. Manoj also has a job, yet they made this movie breaking the usual notion that you have to leave everything behind to make a film. Thank you, Praveena, for such a wonderful movie. I hope you continue making many more. Manoj looks amazing on screen and is a fine actor. When there’s a good movie and visionary filmmakers, I’ll always stand by them. Director Praveena Paruchuri said:
