The film Little Hearts, which already created strong buzz among audiences with its teaser, released its trailer today. The entire trailer is packed with comedy punches. Director Aditya Hasan—who first caught everyone’s attention with the web series #90’s—turns producer with this film. Debutant Sai Marthand makes his directorial entry with Little Hearts. Even though it’s his first film, the trailer showcases his knack for infusing humor throughout the story.
Set in a fictional town, Mouli plays Akhil, an uneducated youngster from Sainikpuri, while Shivani Nagaram plays Katyayani, a similarly uneducated girl from Vayupuri. Their story unfolds like a love story set against the backdrop of a coaching center. The core conflict appears to center on how the irresponsibility of these two characters affects the other students, the teachers, and their own families.
The trailer begins with Mouli saying, “This story happened before Jio SIMs arrived,” and from there, the entire trailer seems to revolve around him. Mouli seems to have immersed himself in the role of Akhil—a wayward young man—and dominates every frame he’s in. Rajeev Kanakala makes a comeback in his signature style, portraying a frustrated father, while Anitha Chowdary appears as Mouli’s mother. The film clearly seems to portray the lives of two lower-middle-class youths who’ve grown up without much education. The director seems to have taken a humorous approach to show how love blossoms between the two amid the chaos they create in their households.
One standout dialogue in the trailer comes from Rajeev Kanakala:
“I bought that T-shirt, those cut drawers you wear, that computer… yet why did you put Nagarjuna’s photo on the screen, huh?”
This gives a glimpse into just how much trouble the son has caused his father. Comedian SS Kanchi returns to the screen after a long time, playing the heroine’s father and delivering laughs in his trademark style.
Little Hearts is scheduled for theatrical release on September 5. The film features cinematography by Prem Bhagat and music by Sinjith Erramilli. It is being released jointly by renowned producers Bunny Vas and Vamsi Nandipati.

సైనిక్ పురిలో చదువబ్బని కుర్రాడు అఖిల్ గా మౌళి, వాయుపురి లో చదువబ్బని అమ్మాయి కాత్యాయనిగా శివాని నగరం కనిపిస్తున్న ఈ కథ చూస్తుంటే ఓ కోచింగ్ సెంటర్ బ్యాక్ డ్రాప్ లో జరిగే ప్రేమ కథలా కనిపిస్తుంది. వీళ్లిద్దరి నిర్లక్ష్యం కారణంగా అక్కడి తోటి విద్యార్థులు, అక్కడి టీచర్స్, వాళ్లిద్దరి కుటుంబాల్లో పెద్దలు ఎలాంటి ఇబ్బందులు ఎదుర్కొన్నారో అన్నదే ఈ కథలో కీలకాంశంగా సాగినట్టు ఉంది.
"ఈ స్టోరీ జియో సిమ్ రాకముందు జరిగింది" అని మౌళి చెప్పిన మాటతోనే మొదలైన ట్రైలర్ ఆసాంతం అతని హవానే కనిపించింది. ఆవారాగా తిరిగే అఖిల్ అనే కుర్రాడి పాత్రలో మౌళి ఒదిగిపోయి నటించినట్టే అనిపిస్తుంది ట్రైలర్ చూసినంత సేపూ. ఫ్రస్ట్రేట్ అయ్యే తండ్రిగా రాజీవ్ కనకాల చాలా కాలం తరువాత తనదైన శైలిలో రెచ్చిపోయి నటించినట్టే కనిపించింది. మౌళి తల్లి పాత్రలో అనిత చౌదరి కనిపించారు. చూస్తుంటే ఇది మధ్య తరగతి కుటుంబాల్లో పెరిగే ఇద్దరు చదువు అబ్బని యువతీ యువకుల కథే అని స్పష్టంగా అర్థమవుతుంది. వాళ్ల కారణంగా ఆ ఇద్దరి కుటుంబాల్లో ఉత్పన్నమయ్యే సమస్యల మధ్య ఈ ప్రేమ జంట ప్రేమ ప్రయాణం ఎలా సాగిందో, ఆ కథను హాస్యంతో నింపేసి చూపించడానికి దర్శకుడు చేసిన ప్రయత్నం బాగా కనిపిస్తుంది.
"ఈ టీ షర్ట్, నువ్వేసుకునే కట్ డ్రాయర్, ఆ కంప్యూటర్ అన్నీ నేను కొంటే కంప్యూటర్ స్క్రీన్ పై నాగార్జున ఫోటో ఎందుకు పెట్టుకున్నావు రా " అంటూ రాజీవ్ కనకాల డైలాగ్ చూస్తుంటే ఏ స్థాయిలో అఖిల్ పాత్ర తండ్రిని ఇక్కట్లకు గురిచేశాడో కనిపిస్తుంది. హీరోయిన్ తండ్రిగా విలక్షణ కామెడీ నటుడు SS కంచి చాలా రోజుల తరువాత మళ్లీ తెరపై హాస్యాన్ని పండించే ప్రయత్నం చేశారు. ఈ సినిమా సెప్టెంబరు 5 న ప్రేక్షకుల ముందుకు రాబోతుంది. ఈ సినిమాకు ప్రేమ్ భగత్ సినిమాటోగ్రాఫర్ గా సేవలను అందించగా, సింజిత్ ఎర్రమిల్లి సంగీతాన్ని అందించారు. సినిమాను ప్రముఖ నిర్మాత బన్నీ వాసు మరియు వంశీ నందిపాటిలు సంయుక్తంగా విడుదల చేయబోతున్నారు.
