The teaser of Mayasabha, written and directed by Deva Katta, which is set to stream on SonyLIV from August 7, has become a hot topic on social media. Despite the makers repeatedly clarifying that it’s purely fictional, the series appears to portray the story of united Andhra Pradesh, revolving around the friendship and rivalry of two prominent political leaders.

Anticipating the storm this series will create among Telugu audiences, Idlebrain launched a first-of-its-kind giveaway contest that mirrors the sentiments of the people. For the first question, viewers were asked to guess which real-life personality Chaitanya Rao’s character resembles and give a creative reply. Winners would be chosen based on creativity.
