Last week, Samantha’s action family drama became the highest-grossing woman-led Telugu film of all time. And now Maa Inti Bangaaram has officially crossed the ₹100 crore mark at the worldwide box office, cementing its place as one of the biggest commercial successes in the history of women-led Indian cinema with a recovery of more than 300% on its budget.

MiB has created history by becoming the first female-led Telugu film to cross the coveted 100cr gross mark, surpassing many collection records on its way including the highest overseas collections for a female- led film, exceeding $2.5 Million. MiB also makes it to No 6 amongst India's Highest Grossing Solo Female Led Indian Films.

Maa Inti Bangaram is the brain child of Raj K Nidimoru, who created and crafted it in collaboration with BV Nandini Reddy. The movie is produced by Raj, Samantha and Himank Reddy Duvuru under their production house, Tralala Moving Pictures. It was released on June 19, 2026, simultaneously in Telugu and Tamil (as Engal Thangam). Gulshan Devaiah, Diganth Manchale, Gautami, Sreemukhi and Anand feature in prominent roles in the film.

The film became a phenomenon and in a rare feat, women of all ages flocked to the theaters and embraced it unanimously. They praised Samantha’s performance and the picture perfect cast. The film was also praised for the situational comedy and the spectacularly natural action sequences.

రీసెంట్‌గా సమంత ప్ర‌ధాన పాత్ర‌లో నటించిన యాక్షన్ ఫ్యామిలీ డ్రామా ‘మా ఇంటి బంగారం’ రిలీజై సెన్సేష‌న్ క్రియేట్ చేసిన సంగ‌తి తెలిసిందే. తాజాగా ‘మా ఇంటి బంగారం’ ప్రపంచవ్యాప్తంగా బాక్సాఫీస్ వద్ద అధికారికంగా రూ.100 కోట్ల మార్క్‌ను దాటి.. భారతీయ సినిమా చరిత్రలోనే రూపొందిన మహిళా ప్రధాన చిత్రాల్లో అతిపెద్ద కమర్షియల్ విజయాల్లో ఒకటిగా తన స్థానాన్ని మరింత బలపరచుకుంది. ఈ చిత్రం తన బడ్జెట్‌పై 300 శాతం పైగా రికవరీ సాధించడం విశేషం.

తెలుగు లో ఇప్పటివరకు వచ్చిన మహిళా ప్రధాన సినిమాల్లోనే అత్యధిక వసూళ్లు సాధించిన చిత్రంగా ఇది నిలిచింది. తాజాగా మా ఇంటి బంగారం సినిమా ప్రపంచవ్యాప్తంగా బాక్సాఫీస్ వద్ద అధికారికంగా రూ.100 కోట్ల మార్క్ దాటి అరుదైన రికార్డ్‌ను క్రియేట్ చేసింది. తన ప్రయాణంలో ఎన్నో కలెక్షన్ రికార్డులను బ్రేక్ చేస్తూ.. మహిళా ప్రధాన సినిమాల్లోనే $2.5 మిలియ‌న్స్ డాల‌ర్స్ క‌లెక్ష‌న్స్‌తో అత్యధిక ఓవర్సీస్ వసూళ్లు సాధించిన చిత్రంగానూ నిలిచింది. అంతేకాకుండా భారతదేశంలో అత్యధిక వసూళ్లు సాధించిన సోలో మహిళా ప్రధాన చిత్రాల్లో మా ఇంటి బంగారం 6వ స్థానాన్ని దక్కించుకుంది.

‘మా ఇంటి బంగారం’ చిత్రానికి రాజ్ కె నిడిమోరు ఆలోచ‌న‌ ప్రధాన బలం. ఆయన డైరెక్ట‌ర్ బీవీ నందిని రెడ్డితో కలిసి ఈ ప్రాజెక్ట్‌ను రూపొందించారు. రాజ్, సమంత, హిమాంక్‌ రెడ్డి దువ్వూరు క‌లిసి స్థ ట్రాలాలా మూవింగ్ పిక్చర్స్ బ్యానర్‌పై ఈ చిత్రాన్ని నిర్మించారు. ఈ సినిమా 2026 జూన్ 19న తెలుగు, తమిళ భాషల్లో ఒకేసారి విడుదలైంది. తమిళంలో ఎంగళ్ తంగం పేరుతో రిలీజైంది. గుల్షన్ దేవయ్య, దిగంత్, గౌతమి, శ్రీముఖి, ఆనంద్ త‌దిత‌రులు ఈ చిత్రంలో కీలక పాత్రలు పోషించారు.
