Megastar Chiranjeevi on Tuesday showered lavish praise on Miss Shetty Mr Polishetty (MSMP), starring Anushka Shetty and Naveen Polishetty, after watching the film in a private screening.
He later took to X (formerly Twitter) to extol the lead performances, the novel storyline and the humour content. “Miss Shetty Mr Polishetty engaged me from the first frame to the last; it’s a hilarious entertainer. Reflecting today’s youth thought-process with a novel storyline, it has twice the energy of Jathi Ratnalu and offers double the entertainment. Naveen Polishetty and Anushka brought life to their parts. Our Devasena, who is seen after a small gap, was more beautiful,” the megastar wrote.
Reserving special praise for the director, he added, “Besides being a full-length entertainer, director Mahesh Babu has to be congratulated for interspersing the story with emotions in a wonderful way.”
Further, he wrote, “Between I’m the first audience for this film. I’ve enjoyed the hilarious moments wholly. I’m tempted to watch the film with the audience in a theatre again. I have no doubts that the film will offer 100 % laughter to the audience.”
He concluded, extending his best wishes to the cast and crew of the film.
On the work front, the megastar will be next seen in Soggade Chinni Nayana director Kalyan Krishna’s hilarious entertainer. His daughter Sushmita is pooling in resources for it. He also signed Bimbisara helmer Vassistha’s socio-fantasy entertainer.

BTW ఈ చిత్రానికి తొలి ప్రేక్షకుడ్ని నేనే.. ఆ హిలేరియస్ మూమెంట్స్ ఎంతగానో ఎంజాయ్ చేశాను. మరోసారి థియేటర్ లో ప్రేక్షకులందరి తోనూ ఎంజాయ్ చేయాలన్న బలమైన కోరిక నాకు కలిగింది. మిస్ శెట్టి - మిస్టర్ పోలిశెట్టి 100% ఆడియన్స్ ని నవ్వుల బాట పట్టిస్తారనటంలో సందేహం లేదు!!!😇🤣😂 "
