After creating strong excitement with its teaser and first single, Oh..! Sukumari is all set for its grand theatrical release. Bringing Thiru Veer and Aishwarya Rajesh together on screen for the first time, the film promises a wholesome entertainer packed with romance, comedy, and rustic charm. Written and directed by debutant Bharat Dharshan, the film is produced by Maheswara Reddy Mooli under the Gangaa Entertainments banner, following the success of Shivam Bhaje. Today, Hit Machine Anil Ravipudi unveiled the film's theatrical trailer.
The trailer introduces Damini, a mischievous young woman feared by her entire village for one bizarre reason- anyone who touches her receives an electric shock. Concealing this strange secret, her family gets her married to the protagonist, who has no idea what awaits him after the wedding. What follows is a series of hilarious and unexpected situations, as the newlyweds struggle to deal with this extraordinary problem. How they overcome it together and discover love and happiness forms the crux of the story.
Director Bharat Dharshan presents the unusual premise with plenty of humor while keeping the emotions intact. Thiru Veer once again chooses a refreshing and distinctive subject, delivering a spirited performance that perfectly suits his role as a carefree village youngster. Aishwarya Rajesh shines in an equally significant role, bringing both charm and depth to her character. The supporting cast, including Muralidhar Goud, Vishnu Oi (MAD fame), Jhansi, Amani, and Anandhkota Jayaram, adds to the film's entertaining appeal.
Cinematographer CH Kushendar beautifully captures the picturesque rural backdrop, while composer Bharath Manchiraju enhances the fun-filled narrative with an energetic score.
