Bommarillu Bhaskar’s next with Siddhu Jonnalagadda had a glitzy launch last month in Hyderabad. While details about the movie were in short supply as it fell in place rather quickly, we’ve now learnt that Bhaskar has zeroed in on a composer. Known to work with different composers each time, the director has picked Radhan as the tunesmith for the film.

Radhan’s bonafides include Andhala Rakshasi, Arjun Reddy, Husharu, Jathi Ratnalu and Radha among others.

A source close to the unit tells us, “Bhaskar has always given great prominence to music and his soundtracks like Bommarillu and Orange are a testament to it. His film with Siddhu will also have a lot of importance for music. He is keen to deliver a remarkable album which will sound different. While the music sittings haven’t started yet, he has briefed the composer the kind of sound he is expecting. He is also keen on a rich background score.”

The untitled film, a Hyderabad-set drama, will go in front of the cameras next month. Bhaskar is in plans to shoot some portions in Mumbai as well. It will feature Siddhu, who was a part of the director’s Orange, in a whacky characterization. BVSN Prasad is producing the film under his Sri Venkateswara Cine Chitra, while Sai Prakash will be the cinematographer.
