Renowned actor Ravi Teja has suffered the loss of his father, plunging his household into sorrow. His father, Rajagopal Raju, passed away on Tuesday night at Ravi Teja’s residence in Hyderabad. He was 90 years old. Rajagopal Raju had three sons, with Ravi Teja being the eldest. His second son, Bharat, tragically died in a car accident in 2017. The third son, Raghu, is an actor in the film industry.

Though Rajagopal Raju hailed from East Godavari district, his profession as a pharmacist led him to spend much of his life with his family in North India. Before entering the film industry, Ravi Teja also lived with his father in places like Delhi, Bombay, and Jaipur. Several film industry celebrities expressed their condolences on Rajagopal Raju’s passing. Prominent actor Chiranjeevi shared his grief, stating that he was deeply saddened by the news of Ravi Teja’s father’s demise. He recalled meeting Rajagopal Raju for the last time on the sets of Waltair Veerayya and prayed for his soul to rest in peace, expressing his condolences through a statement.

ప్రముఖ హీరో రవితేజకు పితృ వియోగం కలిగింది. దాంతో ఆయన ఇంట్లో విషాధ ఛాయలు అలముకున్నాయి. ఆయన తండ్రి రాజగోపాల్ రాజు మంగళవారం రాత్రి హైదరాబాద్ లో రవితేజ ఇంటి వద్దనే కన్నుమూశారు. ఆయన వయసు 90 ఏళ్లు. ఆయనకు ముగ్గురు మగ సంతానం. ఆయన మొదటి సంతానమే హీరో రవి తేజ. రెండో కుమారుడు భరత్ ఓ కారు ప్రమాదంలో 2017 లో మరణించారు. మూడో సంతానం రఘు సినిమా రంగంలో నటుడిగా ఉన్నారు.

రాజగోపాల్ జన్మస్థానం తూర్పు గోదావరి జిల్లా అయినా వృత్తి రీత్యా ఫార్మాసిస్టు కావడంతో ఉత్తర భారతదేశం వైపే ఎక్కువ తన కుటుంబంతో గడపడం జరిగింది. సినిమాల్లోకి రాకుముందు రవితేజ కూడా తన తండ్రితో పాటూ ఢిల్లీ, బొంబాయి, జైపూర్ ప్రాంతాల్లో నివశించారు. రాజగోపాల్ మృతిపై సినీ ప్రముఖులు పలువురు సంతాపం తెలిపారు. ప్రముఖ నటుడు చిరంజీవి తన సంతాపాన్ని వ్యక్తం చేస్తూ సోదరుడు రవితేజ తండ్రి మరణ వార్త విని బాధపడ్డానని, రాజగోపాల్ రాజు గారిని చివరిసారిగా వాల్తేర్ వీరయ్య సెట్ లో కలిశానని, ఆయన ఆత్మకు శాంతి చేకూరాలని భగవంతుడిని కోరుకుంటున్నట్టు తన సంతాపాన్ని ఓ ప్రకటనలో తెలిపారు.
