This Sankranthi season, The Raja Saab, starring Prabhas, has emerged as one of the biggest blockbusters, receiving overwhelming love from audiences. Family viewers and children are enjoying the film immensely. Prabhas’ one-man show, combined with director Maruthi’s unique take on the horror-fantasy genre, has created a completely new cinematic world. The uncompromising production values delivered by People Media Factory have mesmerized audiences. Sharing her happiness over the film’s success, heroine Nidhhi Agerwal spoke at length in a recent interview.

Nidhhi said she is extremely happy with the response The Raja Saab is receiving. “All of us worked on this film for nearly three years, and it feels satisfying that audiences are appreciating our efforts. Though the film received slightly mixed talk initially, people are now truly enjoying it, and the movie is holding strong at the box office with impressive numbers. I played a character named Bessie, a nun, and it was important for me to appear divine and convincing. I put in a lot of preparation for this role, especially regarding costumes and overall look, and we had many discussions to get it right.”

- “Before The Raja Saab, I acted as a princess in Hari Hara Veera Mallu. In this film, I appear as an angel, and I really enjoyed playing this role. I listened to the entire story, not just my character portions, and from the narration itself, I knew the film would connect well with audiences. Director Maruthi garu presented the idea of a divine force confronting an evil power that uses tantric practices and psychological games in a very unique way, which impressed me greatly.”

- “I shared screen space with many comedians like Saptagiri, Prabhas Sreenu, and VTV Ganesh, and the sets were always filled with laughter. At one point, I was simultaneously shooting for Hari Hara Veera Mallu and The Raja Saab, which meant constant travel and hardly any sleep. During that tough phase, the Raja Saab team supported me a lot and took great care of me. That’s why Prabhas garu mentioned during the pre-release event that everyone on set loves Nidhhi Agerwal. Acting is my passion, so despite the challenges, it never felt burdensome.”

- “Working with him was an absolute pleasure. He never behaves like a pan-India superstar and is very friendly with everyone on set. His humility and kindness made me believe even more that good things happen to good people. His performance in the hospital scene was outstanding. We used to have many fun conversations about cinema and life while on set.”

- “Maruthi garu worked with great clarity. He always knew exactly which scenes needed to be shot each day. Managing scenes with five or six artists at once is not easy, but he handled everything smoothly, valuing everyone’s time. Working with him was very comfortable, and he maintained a fun atmosphere on set.”

- “Producing a film like The Raja Saab on such a massive budget requires immense passion, and Vishwa Prasad garu truly has that. He never compromised on visual effects, grand sets, or production quality. That commitment is why the film looks so rich and high-quality on screen. I was aware from the beginning that the film had three heroines, and being a part of such a big project alongside Prabhas garu makes me very happy. Acting in VFX-heavy scenes was initially challenging, as we had to imagine elements that weren’t physically present, but it gradually became easier.”

- “People often talk about strange incidents happening during horror film shoots, but we didn’t experience anything like that. However, I am personally scared of ghosts and horror content. I usually sleep with the lights on and listen to the Hanuman Chalisa on loop at night.”

- “I proudly say that I belong to Telugu cinema. Recently, when I visited Mumbai, many people spoke about how Telugu films are being made on such a large scale with high quality. I wished that every film released during Sankranthi would do well. We are all in the same boat if one fails, it affects everyone.”

- “When I worked with Pawan Kalyan garu in Hari Hara Veera Mallu, I understood why he is called the Power Star his courage is inspiring. From working with Prabhas garu, I learned how to stay humble despite immense success. I’ve learned so much from this journey.”

- “Currently, I’m working on three Telugu films and two Hindi projects. Since I’m busy with Telugu cinema, I’ve bought a house in Hyderabad and am shifting here. From childhood, my dream was to become a heroine, and today I’m living that dream. I don’t ask for anything more, just meaningful and purposeful roles as an actress.”

టాలీవుడ్ సంక్రాంతి పండుగ సీజన్ లో బిగ్గెస్ట్ బ్లాక్ బస్టర్ గా ప్రేక్షకుల ఆదరణ దక్కించుకుంటోంది రెబల్ స్టార్ ప్రభాస్ "రాజా సాబ్" మూవీ. ఈ సినిమాను ఫ్యామిలీ ఆడియెన్స్, పిల్లలు మూవీని బాగా ఎంజాయ్ చేస్తున్నారు. వర్సటైల్ పర్ ఫార్మెన్స్ తో ప్రభాస్ చేసిన వన్ మ్యాన్ షో, హారర్ ఫాంటసీ జానర్ లో ఒక కొత్త వరల్డ్ క్రియేట్ చేసిన డైరెక్టర్ మారుతి టేకింగ్. అన్ కాంప్రమైజ్డ్ గా గ్లోబల్ సినిమా స్థాయిలో ప్రొడ్యూస్ చేసిన పీపుల్ మీడియా ఫ్యాక్టరీ మేకింగ్ ప్రేక్షకుల్ని మెస్మరైజ్ చేస్తోంది. ఈ నేపథ్యంలో "రాజా సాబ్" సక్సెస్ హ్యాపీనెస్ ను ఈ రోజు జరిగిన ఇంటర్వ్యూ లో షేర్ చేసుకున్నారు హీరోయిన్ నిధి అగర్వాల్.

- "రాజా సాబ్" సినిమాకు వస్తున్న రెస్పాన్స్ తో హ్యాపీగా ఉన్నాను. ఈ సినిమా కోసం మేమంతా 3 ఏళ్లు కష్టపడ్డాం. ఆ కష్టానికి ప్రేక్షకులు మంచి రిజల్ట్ ఇచ్చారని భావిస్తున్నాం. సినిమాకు మొదట్లో కొద్దిగా మిక్స్డ్ టాక్ వచ్చినా ఇప్పుడు ప్రతి ప్రేక్షకుడు మూవీని ఎంజాయ్ చేస్తున్నారు. సినిమా స్ట్రాంగ్ హోల్డ్ తో బాక్సాఫీస్ వద్ద మంచి నెంబర్స్ క్రియేట్ చేస్తోంది. నేను బెస్సీ అనే రోల్ చేశాను. ఈ నన్ రోల్ లో డివైన్ గా కనిపించాలి. ఈ పాత్ర కోసం చాలా ప్రిపరేషన్స్ చేశాం. ముఖ్యంగా డ్రెస్ ఎలా ఉండాలనే విషయంలో డిస్కషన్స్ బాగా జరిగాయి.

- "రాజా సాబ్" ముందు సినిమా హరి హర వీరమల్లులో నేను రాకుమారి పాత్రలో నటించాను. ఈ సినిమాలో ఏంజెల్ గా కనిపించాను. ఈ రోల్ లో నటించడాన్ని ఎంజాయ్ చేశాను. నా క్యారెక్టర్ వరకు కాకుండా మొత్తం కథ విన్నాను. కథ విన్నప్పుడే ఇది ప్రేక్షకుల్ని బాగా ఆకట్టుకుంటుందని అర్థమైంది. అన్ని తాంత్రిక విద్యలు, సైకలాజికల్ గేమ్స్ ఆడే ఓ దుష్టశక్తిని దైవికంగా ఎదుర్కోవడాన్ని కొత్తగా దర్శకుడు మారుతి గారు చూపించారు. ఆ పాయింట్ యూనిక్ గా అనిపించింది.

- సప్తగిరి, ప్రభాస్ శ్రీను, వీటీవీ గణేష్.. ఇలా చాలామంది కమెడియన్స్ తో కలిసి సీన్స్ చేశాం. సెట్స్ లో చాలా ఫన్ గా ఉండేది. నేను హరి హర వీరమల్లుతో పాటు ఈ సినిమా షూటింగ్ కూడా చేశా. రెండు సినిమాల షూటింగ్స్ కోసం ట్రావెల్, నిద్ర కూడా ఉండకపోయేది. ఆ టైమ్ లో రాజా సాబ్ మేకర్స్ బాగా సపోర్ట్ చేశారు. నన్ను సెట్ లో బాగా చూసుకునేవారు. అందుకే ప్రభాస్ గారు ప్రీ రిలీజ్ ఈవెంట్ లో చెప్పారు నిధి అగర్వాల్ అంటే సెట్ లో అందరికీ ఇష్టమని. ఈ కెరీర్ అంటే నాకు ప్యాషన్ కాబట్టి ఇలా కష్టపడటం ఇబ్బందిగా అనిపించలేదు.

- ప్రభాస్ గారితో వర్క్ చేయడం ప్లెజర్ గా ఫీలయ్యా. ఆయన తానొక బిగ్గెస్ట్ పాన్ ఇండియా స్టార్ అనేది ఎప్పుడూ అనుకోరు. మా అందరితో సరదాగా కలిసిపోయేవారు. ఆయనలోని మంచితనం వినయం చూశాక మంచి వాళ్లకు తప్పకుండా మంచే జరుగుతందనే విషయాన్ని మరింతగా నమ్మాను. హాస్పిటల్ సీన్ లో ఆయన అద్భుతంగా పర్ ఫార్మ్ చేశారు. ఆయనతో సెట్ లో సినిమాలు, లైఫ్...ఇలా అనేక విషయాల్లో చాలా సరదా సంభాషణలు జరిగేవి.

- డైరెక్టర్ మారుతి గారు ఎంతో క్లారిటీగా ఈ సినిమాను రూపొందించారు. ఆయన సెట్ కు వచ్చేప్పుడే ఏ సీన్ షూట్ చేయాలనేది క్లియర్ గా ఉండేవారు. ఒకేసారి ఐదారుగురు ఆర్టిస్టులతో సీన్ చేయించడం సులువు కాదు. ప్రతి ఒక్కరి టైమ్ కు వ్యాల్యూ ఇవ్వాలి. మారుతి గారితో వర్క్ చేయడం మా అందరికీ ఎంతో ఈజీ. ఆయన సెట్ లో సరదాగా ఉండేవారు.

- భారీ బడ్జెట్ తో "రాజా సాబ్" సినిమాను నిర్మించడం అంటే ఎంతో ప్యాషన్ ఉండాలి. అలాంటి ప్యాషనేట్ ప్రొడ్యూసర్ టీజీ విశ్వప్రసాద్ గారు. ఈ మూవీలోని విజువల్ ఎఫెక్ట్స్, భారీ సెట్స్, ప్రొడక్షన్ క్వాలిటీ విషయంలో ఎక్కడా విశ్వప్రసాద్ గారు రాజీ పడలేదు. అందుకే ఇంత హై క్వాలిటీతో సినిమా మన ముందుకు వచ్చింది. ఈ మూవీలో ముగ్గురు హీరోయిన్స్ అనే విషయం ముందే తెలుసు. ప్రభాస్ గారితో నటించడం, ఇంత భారీ చిత్రంలో నేనూ ఒక భాగం కావడం హ్యాపీగా ఉంది. విజువల్ ఎఫెక్టులు ఉన్న సీన్ లో యాక్టింగ్ కరెక్ట్ గా చేసేందుకు కొంత టైమ్ పట్టేది. లుక్ ఎక్కడ ఇవ్వాలి, లేనివి ఉన్నట్లు ఊహించుకుని రియాక్ట్ కావాలి..ఇలాంటివి కొన్ని సీన్స్ చేశాక ఈజీ అయ్యాయి.

- హారర్ మూవీస్ చేస్తున్నప్పుడు ఆ మూవీలోని యాక్టర్స్ తమకు కొన్ని అనూహ్యమైన ఘటనలు జరగడం చూశామని చెబుతుంటారు. కానీ మాకు అలాంటివేం ఎదురుకాలేదు. నిజానికి నాకు దెయ్యాలు, ఇలాంటి హారర్ కంటెంట్ అంటే భయం. రాత్రి నిద్రపోయేప్పుడు లైట్స్ వేసుకుని హనుమాన్ చాలీసా లూప్ లో వింటూ నిద్రపోతా.

- టాలీవుడ్ లో నేను భాగం. నాది తెలుగు సినిమా అని చెప్పుకుంటాను. ఇటీవల ముంబై వెళ్లినప్పుడు అక్కడ తెలుగు సినిమాలు ఎంత క్వాలిటీగా ఎంత పెద్ద స్కేల్ లో జరుగుతున్నాయో నార్త్ వాళ్లు చెబుతుంటే విన్నాను. మా మూవీనే కాదు సంక్రాంతికి వచ్చిన ప్రతి సినిమా ఆదరణ పొందాలని నేను కోరుకున్నాను. మనమంతా ఒకే పడవలో వెళ్తున్నాం. ప్రమాదం జరగాలని చూస్తే అందరం మునిగిపోతాం.

- పవన్ కల్యాణ్ గారితో హరి హర వీరమల్లులో నటించినప్పుడు ఆయనను పవర్ స్టార్ అని ఎందుకు అంటారో అర్థమైంది. చాలా ధైర్యంగా ఉంటారు. ప్రభాస్ గారితో వర్క్ చేసినప్పుడు ఎంత ఎదిగినా వినయంగా ఎలా ఉండాలో అర్థమైంది. ఈ జర్నీలో ఎంతో నేర్చుకున్నా.

- ప్రస్తుతం తెలుగులో మూడు చిత్రాల్లో నటిస్తున్నా. హిందీలో రెండు మూవీస్ చేస్తున్నా. తెలుగులో బిజీగా ఉండటం వల్ల హైదరాబాద్ లో ఇల్లు తీసుకున్నా. ఇక్కడికి షిప్ట్ అవుతున్నా. నా బాల్యం నుంచే హీరోయిన్ కావాలని కలగన్నా. నేను కలగన్న కెరీర్ నే కొనసాగిస్తున్నా కాబట్టి కొత్తగా నేను కోరేది ఏమీ లేదు. హీరోయిన్ గా మంచి పర్పస్ ఫుల్ ప్రాజెక్ట్స్ చేయాలని ఆశిస్తున్నా.
