With his last, Nenu Meeku Baaga Kavalsinavaadini going out like the briefest of candles at the box-office, Kiran Abbavaram has pinned a lot of hopes on Vinaro Bhagyamu Vishnu Katha, which is produced by Bunny Vaas under GA2 Pictures. The film’s trailer was unveiled by Sai Tej at an event in Hyderabad Tuesday.
Playing out over 2 minutes and 25 seconds, the trailer begins on a pleasant note with the introduction of Darshana (Kashmira) who gets in touch with her phone number neighbor played by Kiran Abbavaram. He is naturally surprised by it but Darshana’s demeanor and beauty sweeps off his feet. His close acquaintances believe that it is God’s way of introducing a soul mate in his life. The romance takes centrestage next as the song, Kaatuka Kanule Puttisthunte Kaalale, composed by Chaitan Bharadwaj, gives it impetus. Kiran later discovers the other phone number neighbor that Darshana gets in touch with: Murali Sharma. This segment – involving Darshana, Kiran and Sharma – seems to have been clearly designed to evoke fun. Soon, Darshana lands in a big trouble involving political leaders and how Kiran rises to the challenge and saves his love interest, while also underlining the need to do good to your neighbors forms the gist. Overall, the trailer promises a neat romantic drama laced with action and humour.
Set to debut on the big screen later this month, Vinaro Bhagyamu Vishnu Katha marks the directorial debut of Murali Kishor Abburu.
Concept of “phone number neighbor” is interesting in #VBVK trailer.
